# Life Note Gift Cards

Life Note Gift Cards are a thoughtful way to share the benefits of reflection and wisdom with friends and loved ones. They can be easily redeemed through our web platform.

## Gift Card Delivery

You can choose to:

- Send the gift card directly to the recipient’s email, or
- Send it to yourself if you’d prefer to deliver it personally.

After purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the designated recipient (or to you), containing the gift card code and redemption instructions.

## How to Redeem a Gift Card

To redeem your Life Note Gift Card:

**Important:** Gift cards can only be redeemed on a **desktop or laptop browser** — the redemption option does not appear on mobile browsers.

1. On a **desktop or laptop computer**, open the Life Note web app at [https://www.mylifenote.ai/](https://www.mylifenote.ai/?utm%5Fsource=blog&utm%5Fmedium=organic&utm%5Fcampaign=giftcards)
2. Click the **Start on Web** button (it only appears on a desktop or laptop browser, not on mobile)
3. Create an account (if you're new), or log in if you already have one
4. Click the **Get Wise** button in the sidebar
5. During Stripe checkout, click **"Add promotion code"**
6. Enter your gift card code in the field provided
7. Complete checkout — your gift card will be applied automatically

## Important Notes

- Gift cards can **only be redeemed via the web app on a desktop or laptop browser**, but once redeemed, your subscription will work across both web and mobile.
- The gift card code functions as a **promotion code** at checkout.
- Gift cards are **non-refundable** and **cannot be exchanged for cash**.

**重要：**禮物卡僅能在**桌上型電腦或筆記型電腦的瀏覽器**上兌換——手機瀏覽器不會顯示兌換選項。

1. 請在**桌上型電腦或筆記型電腦**上，前往 Life Note 網頁版應用程式：

2. 點選 **Start on Web** 按鈕（此按鈕僅在桌機／筆電瀏覽器顯示，手機不會出現）
3. 註冊新帳號，或登入現有帳號
4. 點選側邊欄的 **開啟智慧** 按鈕
5. 在 Stripe 結帳頁面中，點選「Add promotion code」
6. 輸入你的禮物卡代碼
7. 完成結帳，禮物卡金額會自動套用
